At Xtend we do our best to provide our customers, especially new customers, discounts to help them enjoy the benefits our products can provide them on their health or fitness journey.
Many of these offers will be sent through email to the email that is provided when creating an account on our website or subscribing to our email newsletter. These email offers will contain links to shop on our site that will automatically apply the stated discount/offer to the order. So, the link in the email serves as the “code” and there will not be a physical or actual discount code that you will receive.
If you are having trouble seeing or applying the code to your cart, please try the following steps before completing your purchase*.
1) Please check to make sure the discount is being applied in the “Check-out” step of your order. The discount will not show in the shopping cart but towards the end of the order completion process when you are about to check-out.
2) The browser you are using may be having issues applying the discount using the link in the email. To fix this, please clear the cookies and cache from your browser. Once the cookies and cache are cleared, re-start your browser and use the link in the email again.
3) If the above steps do not work, please contact our support team at 866-996-3489 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can confirm that you entered your information correctly or set up your account correctly.
